  While shopping at the mall and enjoying the day we stopped by this Ann Taylor and there were only a couple of customers and at least 3 sales associates, well maybe just associates. I say that because we walked around and two of the associates were talking to each other, a guy and a lady and the other person was organizing clothes.
  This was on 2/11/2018 at 315 pm.
  The design of the clothes are attractive but since the associates did not care to even acknowledge us, we walked around the store and walked right out into the other stores to shop.
  I hope this helps their customer service improve, but then again maybe the way I look was one of the factors as another reviewer pointed out.
  maybe a bad day, not sure.
