  Poor customer service. Arrived to pickup outdoor furniture. Went inside to tell them I was here. They told me to go around back to delivery. I got back in my car to go to delivery and sat their for 15 min. Finally, I called and they told me they didn't know I was back there and that I should of called to let them know. I guess going inside and telling them wasn't good enough.
