  I banked at this location for a while and most of the tellers are very friendly. The management at this location may be the worst group of guys I have encountered. I had a problem with my account and it took 3 days of calling and leaving messages for the manager to get absolutely no type of call back. I finally went into the branch on my lunch hour and the manager was still unavailable. I spoke to the new account manager,jason, he was a car salesman at best. He kept on giving me empty promises for me to stay and his regional manager's name so I would trust him. At the end of 2 weeks after all the promises were made nothing was done. I received no information about my account. Nothing was resolved and I closed my accounts. It took me calling the 800 number and waiting for 10 minutes on the line to finally get the Manager who was full of bs too. DONT EVER BANK HERE. Worst Experience with Banks Ever.

  I've dealt with other branch locations that have literally left my poor mother in tears. The Niles branch on Touhy to be exact. but this location by far has been the most helpful. To be specific Eddie Montes De Oca the banking specialist is the apitamy of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He has gone above and beyond in helping my family with a Medicare claim. His help has been outstanding! I can't say enough about what an amazing person he is. Always professional, understanding and eillingbto help us.
