  This place is a hit or a miss. Sometimes, they’re very gentle while threading or waxing, and other times, I’ve had someone who completely disregarded my comfort and even laughed a bit at me for my tears leaking as hair was being ripped off my face. It’s a natural human reaction and it isn’t appropriate to get frustrated by that. Also, if you’re doing eyebrows and threading/waxing, you need to have a gentle touch. However, there have been times where the service provider has been very gentle and accommodating.
