  After initially having an issue with the beautiful, but ultimately unsuitable, faucet we bought for the very classy looking sink and vanity, Halil in the Chicago outlet went above and beyond to make sure we got the exact product in the end that we wanted. He facilitated the replacement with a similar-looking beautiful product that did not have the unforeseen drawback of our first selection. he knew both his merchandise and how to deal with customers. After our experience with Halil and the Chicago outlet we certainly will want to shop there for future bathroom decor/remodeling needs, and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality accessories at competitive prices.
