  We've used their free online services for years and it hasn't been too bad. We decided to try their in store services because we got married and wanted to see how best to file. They "saved" us $200 by filling for us then charged us $300 for filing out all the same boxes we could've filled out online. They seemed to have no clue as to any of the tax discounts or what half our forms were beyond the usual W2 (and our consultant had YEARS experience). Go to a real tax preparer. It'll be cheaper and you'll get better advice.
