  Did a terrible job doing my taxes. I was new customer for him I got instant reply initially and after that when I sent my W2 to this guys. Didn't get any response for close to two weeks. Had to walk in and talk to someone but everyone there was acting arrogant and treating me like I am dumb. Also the service charge was absurd! Definitely going to Liberty or H.R next year
