  I just started coming to Old Orchard Dental Group and I must say, everyone, from the receptionist to the dentists are very nice and friendly. I love to have everything explained upfront and I do not like surprises and they outlined my treatment plan, explained how everything will work and listed all the costs. I love this because it allows me to budget for all the treatment I will need. They are very good at getting me scheduled right away and when I arrive, there is absolutely no wait and I love that! The office is really clean and the atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is fairly young (in age) and I like that. They answered every question I had no matter how minuscule it seemed. I'm a big baby when it comes to needles and the dentist that handled my deep cleaning did everything to make it pain free. I'm happy I found this place as it has become my new dental home! One more plus, I like that they are paper free and do not have me filling out papers every visit. If you are looking for a new dentist, check out Old Orchard Dental group!
