  Purchasing from Pots Planters and more was a great experience. I had a few questions as to what would fit my space and their customer support was excellent. I got answers quickly and purchased my planter. The quality of product is excellent and I would definitely buy from them again when my next planter needs arise.

  So far, not good.
  
  I originally ordered 3 long planter boxes for $1169.85 total on 8/2/17. At the checkout, I remember it said it generally takes about 5 days to send out the items, which would have worked with my landscaping work getting done.w
  
  So I waited a week, but didn't get any update on my order except for 1 initial email that said they received my order.. So I sent them an email on 8/9/17 inquiring about the status. But there was no reply for a couple of days.
  
  On 8/11/17, I called their customer service. Their rep who answered told me casually told me it's going to take 4 weeks and it says so on their website. I checked their website, and sure enough it said, "Current lead time for finishing fiberglass planters is 4 weeks."
  
  However, I distinctly remember that's exactly the spot where it said, "No charge for shipping on all orders to the continental United States" when I made the order. I was baited and switched! This order completely screwed up my landscaping plan of coordinating with my landscapers.
  
  Today (8/16/17), I finally received a very short email from them, only saying, "This is shipping on 8/28" (no period).
  
  Completely unprofessional, casual and zero sense of remorse for causing inconvenience, and outright lying.
  
  I'm reserving two stars right now for the possibility the products are decent when and if I receive them. But beware of their unprofessional business. The more research I do, I'm also getting suspicious. I can't rell whether their real business name is Greentec Innovations (some of their email addresses), GTI Plantscaping Products (how they're listed on Google), or Pots Planters & More (the name on their website and sales email address). I hope they exist and didn't steal my money.
