  These people must be saints. They have to deal with a lot of ignorant impatient people daily. Thanks to all of you for your service, for putting up with non sense and for doing a job that the people criticizing you couldn't do even on their best day

  The lady officer at the front desk was not the best. She stated many times how "it'll be a long night" & "wish I stayed in the back" when I had went in for help a few weeks ago. I even called the department once and she answered and yelled and was completely rude. I was very calm both times dealing with her and was shocked by the way she was. I've delt with other officers who are usually helpful. Don't know if she is Mexican or some sort of Hispanic.
