  Nicole Morris truly knows the definition of customer service. Even though she thoroughly explain my vehicle to me after the purchase, I still came across questions days after my purchase. I am not a tech savvy person so I decided since just stop in to the dealership to ask her these questions. She was more than willing to answer any of my questions and went out of her way to help me. She was patient the whole time and I appreciate her for that.

  It has been 20 years since I purchased a new car. I knew what I wanted, a Lexus IS, and finally found it at Sherman Dodge in Skokie, IL. I lucked out and had a great salesperson to contact me. His name is Chris, “the shy guy”. Chris is really a people’s person, very personable. He listened to the specifics of what I wanted in a car and set the navigation in place to make it happen. I appreciated that. He also took the time to go over many details of the car including setting up the Bluetooth. Long story short, because of Chris, I ended up with a great car and a good deal. I also want to send kudos out to Abe, the Sales Manager and also, Dave the Service Manager for the part they played in helping me to acquire my long awaited dream car. Everybody, before you settle somewhere else, I would advise that you give “the shy guy” a try at Sherman’s Dodge. I believe you’ll be happy you did.
