  IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU THEN I WOULD SUGGEST NOT COMING TO THIS PARTICULAR DEALERSHIP. REASONS being is for ONE the green paper that they advertise to potential customers IS NOT LEGIT! IT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Some of the things it says is $0 down with proof of income and valid drivers license= approval to drive their vehicle out the lot. Also, it states that if a customer is involved in a current car loan or repossession, $0 down drive their vehicle out the lot. Also, i called days in advance to make sure i could come in to trade in my car & the young lady that i guess needed to earn her extra $30 told me yes. So, NONE OF THAT IS TRUE! Even if you have ALL those credentials you still will need at least $500. But who wants to deal with a company that says one thing and its another? Instead of being HONEST the first time? NOT ME! Secondly, me and my fiance arrived to this particular location from the southeast side at 9a when they first opened. We were the very FIRST clients there and we did NOT leave with ANYTHING after 6 hours except for an empty stomach and confidential documents of my sisters information which they asked for as third party to use as verification for our "approved" vehicle. I, refused to leave my information there with them. Lastly, most of the representatives including the manager that does all the calls was completely unprofessional and unreasonable. At the last minute, a young African American man like 5'2 decided to inform us at the last minute that they were waiting on a call back from the bank to approve our car loan. Now mind you, this is AFTER GIVING ALL OUR INFORMATION AND MY SISTERS INFORMATION AND TEST DRIVING THE VEHICLE WE ACTUALLY WANTED AND WAS QUALIFIED FOR. When my fiance asked this gentlemen how long would the wait be since we've been there since 9a. He responded by saying "it could be another 6 hours, maybe until 9p closing time." That snide comment pushed my buttons a bit but I let it slide. He did not at all try to reason and understand where we were coming from. Neither was he the representative we were speaking with the entire time we were there to discuss our matters/vehicle. Then he stated that if we didn't put $7,000 down on our vehicle then it's nothing we could do but wait. He was being very sarcastic and nonchalant about the whole situation. I see why this dealership has 2.3 stars verses MY ORIGINAL dealership that i purchased MY CAR from (we arrived to do a TRADE IN) has 4.1 stars. Very big difference so. Next time I decide to trade in my car I will go to my dealership and see what they can do for me. NEVER WILL I WASTE MY TIME TO COME HERE AGAIN! Everybody be blessed!!! ✌
